How can I apply for the program?

Please submit the application form here by January 31, 2024. The results of the applications will be released by February 7, 2024.

What are the requirements to join the program? Do you accept participants from other countries?

This program is open to all current and future higher education institution leaders from Asia (i.e., presidents, vice presidents, directors, deans, and other administrators). We welcome participants of diverse backgrounds and institutional contexts.

How much is the course fee? Are there any subsidies?

The total course fee is PHP 40,000 for Philippine participants and USD 730 for international participants, excluding accommodation and airfare.

Subsidies are available on a limited basis. You must be able to provide an endorsement from your educational institution. Kindly contact us at lilyacademy@ateneo.edu for more information.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Local Philippine-based participants may pay via e-wallet (Gcash, GrabPay) or bank transfer (BPI, Unionbank, BDO). Foreign participants may pay via credit card or wire transfer.

You will receive detailed payment instructions along with your acceptance letter. Please only follow instructions from our official e-mail address lilyacademy@ateneo.edu.

Payments will only be accepted through Ateneo de Manila University's official payment facilities. Do not transfer payments to unknown recipients. We will also not ask you for private banking details.

What is the learning mode? Do I have to be in Manila, Philippines during the entirety of the program?

This is a hybrid course.

Eleven weeks of the course will be conducted asynchronously through our Canvas learning management system and synchronously online on Zoom. Online synchronous sessions are 3 hours long and will be held once a week.

The last week of the program is the face-to-face leadership retreat to be held onsite in Manila.

What is the schedule of the program? What time zone will be followed?

The program will run for 12 weeks from March 2024 to June 2024. For the 3-hour synchronous sessions, we will follow Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8). 

The onsite leadership retreat will be held on the last week of the program in the Philippines.
